Mountainside New Jersey, and The Society of Licensed Nursing Home Administrators, was the most recent presentation by Irving of the workshop entitled, “The Birth Dearth: Why Occupancies Are Low & What to Do about It”. The session focused on why occupancies and utilization are so poor at this time, and a four point strategy for surviving and even thriving in this difficult environment.
