Lucie has worked in the field of Strategic Marketing Communications for over 20 years. She is known for her expertise in uncovering critical issues, framing practical solutions and creating deliberate marketing plans that shrewdly mix marketing strategies with budgets and goals to deliver optimum client results. She is a hands-on leader who assumes scrupulous responsibility for each client’s success through deep partnering and rigorous project management.

Lucie has worked both inside and outside of corporate and not-forprofit organizations. Her experience spans from consumer healthcare delivery organizations to cutting-edge medical technology companies including: Winchester Hospital Outpatient Center, American Medical International, Inhalation Therapy Services, Technomed International, and WR. Grace.

As the Executive Vice President/ Client Services at Mc Dougall Associates Marketing, Lucie cultivated an acute understanding of market research, strategy development, market planning, and complex project management.

Lucie’s leadership experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, a term as Vice President of The American Marketing Association, numerous chairmanship positions for educational institutions, and teaching for The Great Books Foundation.

Lucie holds an MBA from the J.L.Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, in Marketing and Management Policy.
