On Friday, November 15 at the American College of Health Care Administrators’ meeting in La Jolla California, Irving delivered a workshop entitled, “The Birth Dearth: Why Occupancies Are Low & How to Respond”. The session focused on demographics of seniors’ services, why occupancies and utilization are so poor at this time, and why they will continue to remain difficult for the next 5 to 7 years.
