The New York Times pointed out important losses and gains: the gain of life expectancy by simple exercise – walking! And the savings? Significant, according the article – $2,500. This is probably as much, or more than the additional exposure that many employees are taking on by using High Deductible Health Plans. So we can all get out and walk farther to reduce the exposure to high risk expenses!
